    There are no rest days. But you still can work out only at a slower pace. You see if you rest a day then your muscles will get stiff. And then when you go back to work out again it will be really hard to do for the soreness. We worked out in football but did not really have a rest day. We would call it more like hell day. Just go easy on yourself there is no need to go so hard on yourself. K
