Is it dangerous to train if you’re coughing and wheezing?
It’s like the tail end of a very long (1+ month) bout of coughing.
Finishing up my medication.
i probably wouldn’t do anything too vigorous until it’s all cleared up

Having your training and your coughing around will going to disturb the everybody who practice, just like some said, spreading of germs is a big issue that will affect everyone.
Why not try to let that cough gone so that when you go on training, you will conveniently feel things without worrying anything.

I had bronchitis the last very weeks of my spring term my freshman year. I had to take the APFT with it and it SUCKED. Dangerous? Depends exactly one what you’re doing. I wouldn’t recommend lifting anything heavy or sprinting or running long distances.
Don’t work out at all as your body needs to recover. Better safe than sorry eh?

If you are sick do you want to make the other people where you train sick too? If they get sick eventually you might not have anyone to train with or you will also get sick again because they spread those airborne germs back to you.

Is it bronchitis? Asthma? I would wait till the cough is gone. You don’t need to exert yourself, and you don’t need to get anyone at the gym sick with whatever it is you got.

relax on the training untill you are good but you can still do some easy stuff like shadow box or kata

Sounde like a medical question -generally better to wait till you feel well enough to train-BUT ASK YOUR DOCTOR TO BE CERTAIN!
