i did an intense lower body workout two days ago, and i’m still really sore! my quads hurt when i walk down stairs or sit/get up. i haven’t been able to rest because i still have training with my team/club. i’ve just been taking it easy. i have scrimmages tomorrow (and i can’t sit out because it’s with another team and i told them earlier this week i could play with them), and then i’ll be able to rest the next day. if i take an ice bath tonight, will it be that effective to the point that i feel better tomorrow?



It could take some of the inflammation away but only temporarily. Take some nsaids before bed and goto bed earlier tonight. Recuperate and rest!!
