Yes, Train via Geneva, Zurich, Salzburg, Linz to Bratislava
It will take a long long time, probably several days so you will need overnight accommodation
It would make more sense to fly, eg.Easyjet to London then Ryanair to Bratislava
or via Prague with links to other Slovak airports
When looking at the option of getting to Spain from Slovakia, going by train meant travelling like 24 hours. Not a good idea to use that way of transportation. Bus is better, but I would advise air travel. There is an airport in the capital, Bratislava. Other options are flying to Vienna or Budapest.
