training is good thing for your life

i did an intense lower body workout two days ago, and i’m still really sore! my quads hurt when i walk down stairs or sit/get up. i haven’t been able to rest because i still have training with my team/club. i’ve just been taking it easy. i have scrimmages tomorrow (and i can’t sit out because it’s with another team and i told them earlier this week i could play with them), and then i’ll be able to rest the next day. if i take an ice bath tonight, will it be that effective to the point that i feel better tomorrow?

Is the first time that i buy a dog, so i dont know where to go and look for it, i have search a lot but i’m not sure where is the best place. I found a page called whitemagicsamoyed.com it looks very convincing but i dont have experience with this things.
Apart of that i want to know how to train them, or what you recommend to train them.
Also i want to know how often i have to wash them, i dont have experience at all, just my parents that had own a samoyed before but that was about 5-8 years ago and they dont remember.

One girl and her friend ruined training on two horses you’ve been working on for a while?
Family friend’s daughter Emily came over with her friend and went to the barn while I was inside working on homework…they took out Shiraz(space issues and riding issues) and BEamer(Emily horse)
Anyway Beamer is Emily’s horses and he is an OTTB.He was raced several times and still loves to run run run. She sent him to me to help calm him down a bit and put his energy to good use. HE is being a Barrel Horse right now.(hes good too) Shiraz,hates people in his space and everyone is scared to ride him).
Okay,so they took Shiraz saddled him and then took him into the pasture,and whipped the **** out of him! He was coated in a thick layer of sweat when I realized they were at the barn and went over.
Beamer was stuck in a tiny saddle that pinches his back. THey ran him to death and he was trembling out of fear as Emily doesnt know how to handle ANY horse and beats him whenhe makes a mistake.
Now I cant touch them they are scared to death.They lash out at me if I try to work them on the ground. Shiraz bit me,Beamer has struck at me. They are being very aggressive. Jt is out in the pasture with them right now and they are perfectly fine.
Anyway my question is…what would you do?Do you think they’ll come around? Thanks a Bunch

I hate fighting for real, would never join the military ever etc. However, I have very high grade special forces training with mixed martial arts from various countries military systems etc. My sister wants to learn to fight how I do because I ended up needing to use it about a week ago. However, last time I tried to teacher her she advanced to sparring then she got her nose broken then got knocked out when I did a basic jab cross combo on her. So should I continue to teach her?

I got my dog from the pound just before christmas time and she seemed to be a pretty good dog. We got her fixed just a couple months ago, before she got fixed she would have little accidents but they weren’t frequent. However, since then her accidents have seem to happen a lot more often and don’t seem so much like accidents. She has peed on my bed 3 times now, a month ago, last night, and tonight. It is starting to aggravate me for my husband and I have both praised her when she goes outside but as soon as she is let back in, she goes in the house. We have tried kennel training her, and taking her outside specific times everyday, but that has done no good either. She gets excited and pees which I understand is submissive but its like we can’t even give her attention at all now because everytime we do, she pees. I have never heard of this being a problem with other dogs and I don’t know what to do about it. My husband and I are about ready to get rid of her, which we are really sad about doing but she is starting to put me at my wits end. It is as if she has a never ending full bladder.

I always do. I love strangers in the city of New York, the trains, the shopping centers and restaurants, etc. You’d be surprised how cool people you don’t know really are. I guess because we all bleed red. It’s such a comforting feeling.

It’s about a man that enjoys with his new dog he found and then he had to go to work and everytime he leaves the house the dog follows him without the man noticing his dog was following him but when the man went to the train station the dog couldnt enter cuz when he went in, the door closed on him so his dog waited hours in front of the train station til he returns. He was doing this for months and months. Then the man died in his job and the dog stood there waiting in front of the train station and he stood there for months then a random guy passes there every time and he said to the others that that dog stood there in the same spot since months ago so he was taken back home and the man’s wife tried to explain the dog that the man is dead but the dog wouldnt understand. After months passed the dog died.
What this movie called? pls tell me!

I have tanned brown skin, dark brown hair and dark brown eyes and I’m 13 years old. I’m getting braces soon, and I’m not certain on which colour to choose. I originally wanted pale, pastel pink ones, but I heard light coloured ones get stained easier (is that the case for train-track braces), I also like the look of pastel pink and a darker pink ones. What colour would you suggest? Plus any tips on foods to avoid, how to care and deal with braces etc? I’m really looking forward to them though:D

It is one of the best out there for positive training methods. The author has some marvelous ideas and they work really well. Pat Miller is another good trainer with excellent methods.

I have never been to Boston before, but I need to get to the house of blues tomorrow. I know that I would need to take the train to the south station, but I don’t get the whole red line and green line thing. Is this another train that I need to take? I have never been on a train before either, is this going to be too difficult for me to figure out?
