What Do You Do When Approached By A Perv Man With His Wife In Company?
I was looking around at bags in the mall and a man, in his 40s or so, kept staring at me. And he was there with his wife. I left because of it but came back because there was a bag I was seriously considering. He was still there. He walked up to start conversation. I just said “oh…yeah.’ he then asked why I was fit and I said I was a personal trainer. He asked if I could train him. I said I was in another city. He said he was from there too and asked the location. His wife then walked up. She tried getting his attention. He didn’t look over his shoulder once. He asked if it would be one on one and asked what I would do with him. She looked me up and down and looked away. He then turned to tell her i was a trainer and she didn’t say anything. I didn’t stay and chat…but wish I could have gotten away sooner.
How Do I Train My Mother’s Dog To Stop Being So Dependent?
3 years ago my family dog got knock-down and killed by a car. Around the same time, both my sister and I had just moved out and my dad works away from home. The dog was good company to my mum.
We went to the RSPCA and ‘rescued’ a pedigree cocker-spaniel that we believe had been used as a breeding dog and left to her own devices. The vet guessed that she was 2 years old and had 2-3 litters. She was drastically overweight; had never been walked, played with or taken care of. The dog struggles to make relationships, is not very energetic, is not really responsive to people and has puzzling behaviour.
Because of the coinciding situations, my mother needing the companionship of the dog and visa-versa, the dog has become so attached to my mum that the dog seems utterly depressed when they are separated. She sometimes howls during the day; if the dog is not in the same room over night it whimpers and cries; when someone else walks her, she almost has to be dragged along.
My mum and I argue all the time because when I return home I get annoyed at how the dog is being treated like a baby and not a dog, she has no boundaries [can crawl onto beds and furniture, under the guise that my mother feels shes had a traumatic past which means she is excused from everything] – I feel as though it may be mentally damaging for the dog (separation anxiety I think its called) – but my mum doesnt see this because when they are together the dog is different.
Sorry about the long-winded question. I want to know if anyone understands this situation and knows what measures can be taken so the dog is happy to be left alone (she follows people everywhere cause people to trip). Also is it wrong for a dog to behave this way, how can I convince my mother that she is damaging the dog?
Thanks in advance
Can I Let My Bunny Run Freely Inside?
If I bunny-proofed the house, made sure he cant get into any holes, and if he was potty trained could I let him run freely?
We Recently Adopted An 8mo Old Dog And Are Having Trouble Potty Training.?
His previous owners said that he never went in the house but he had constant access to a dog door. Now at our house i take him out often and walk him but he refuses to use the potty while on the leash and letting him run free is not an option where i live. Then every night when my household is asleep he will potty on our fireplace. (Just to give you a little more info on his personality. He is very timid and he does submissive pee very often but i would prefer to address the potty training before we try and stop that bc it is just dribbles.)
Rottweiler Or A Doberman? Which Is Scarier In This Situation?
Say you are walking pass a dark alley in the night, and then you hear a growl and see a black figure and then realize that it’s a big dog, which dog would be more scary in that situation?
Rottweiler or a Doberman?
Ok maybe you doberman or rottweiler is a gentle sweetheart etc etc, i get it. But i am talking about a dog you don’t know and you accidentally intrude with no protection around. Which would make you more terrified if it’s standing there growing and it’s obvious it’s gonna chase you.
Please don’t tell me that i shouldn’t train my dogs to be aggressive etc etc because i don’t got a dog.I just want to know people’s opinion on which they’d be more terrfied of.
How Can I Train My New Pitt Bull How To Do Her Business On A Walk?
I just received a rescue dog of about 10-12 months in age. She was staying at a foster home for about two months before she was able to be adopted (she had a broken femur that needed to be fixed). The foster home had a huge fenced in back yard, and she was able to poop and pee at her leisure. Now that she is living with me, I take her on long walks in the morning and evening. We just went on a walk for about an hour in the rain, and she didn’t go at all (#1 or #2). Five minutes after being home, she needed to take a crap. How can I get her to go on our walks with minimal amounts of accidents?
Looking For A Children’s Book Series?
The series is about some children orphaned, and they lived in a train. I think there were four I might be wrong. The oldest was a boy I believe…. I read them long ago, and just can’t think of the name.

How To Keep A Dog From Chewing On Wires?
This isn’t your normal puppy teething that just needs to be trained type thing here. My dog is 3 years old and well behaved. He has never chewed on anything except his bones ever. Just yesterday, that changed. My parents work and both me and my sister go to school, so the dog gets left alone on weekdays, and he never did anything destructive. Yesterday I came home from school and the chord to my electric guitar amp was chewed in half, and same for my phone charger. Today I came home and some of the cables for the cable box and tv where chewed through. I don’t know what to do with him! He is destroying the house and he might get hurt. And this just started yesterday so I have no idea why he’s doing it! I really need some help! He’s a border collie if that helps.
Yesterday I Was Shouting About The Fact That There Are No Dog Experts.?
Now I am looking for computer experts who also love dogs.
We are asked the same questions every day, consequently I paste the answers that I have saved. In total, I have saved eighty seven standard answers
I have also saved training info. I did this when I was asked to take an obedience/clicker training class. The invitation was withdrawn when I said that I did not have formal qualifications.
Do any of you save your answers and use them again and again? (I do also answer a question from scratch)
It has occurred to me that we could join forces and pool our answers. Could we then compile a book/leaflet and donate this to dog charities and rescue organisations to raise money.
We would need a moderator, an editor and someone who would help with the printing. What other help would we need?
Is this idea viable and how can we implement this?
Imagine the buzz that we will get. Instead of answering question from kids and idiots who ignore our advice, we could help dogs who are needy.
