my son is fully potty trained and returned home from shcool soaking wet with a heavy rash on belly and below. It had appeared he had been sitting in this accident for a lengthly period of time. I am trying to write a letter towards the school, should i rephrase it more strongly as i consider it a form of negleculance from the teachers and nursery assistants whom manage the class.
P.s i have check spelling and it says it fine.

I hope your spell-check on your letter is more accurate if you think negligence is spelled with a u, and school is spelled with the c before the h. Also, it’s who manage, not whom manage.
I hope you took photographs to prove your point, or it will be your word against theirs.
If your son is potty trained, do you know why he had an accident? You will need to put that in your complaint or your statement of his training will not be taken seriously.
The initial letter should go to the teacher and principal. If you get no answer or are not happy with the answer, forward the same letter with a complaint to the school board (or if it’s a private school, to the Board of Directors).
If he wet himself at school, he isn’t potty trained unless he asked to use the bathroom and they refused to let him go. You didn’t say how old he is, or what kind of school this is. If it’s a day care or preschool where changing diapers is normal, then they should have changed him and sent him home in dry clothes (you did leave clean clothes there for him to change into in case of an accident, right?). If it’s an elementary school, then checking and changing kids that mess themselves isn’t part of their job.
PS: Your “check spelling” doesn’t work at all. Nobody really expects perfect spelling all the time on a site like this, but if you’re going to claim it’s been checked, you’ve raised the standard on yourself. Better to just say “sorry, my spelling is poor,” or “sorry, my English isn’t very good.”
How old is your son?….I am wondering if your son can verbalize to someone that he has to potty. Well, in any case, they have a responsibility to pay attention to the toddlers to make sure that they are not soiled. Write the letter and please do not use any strong or harsh words because you have to remember that your son has to be in their care every day and you do not want them to mistreat your child…Good luck!:)
No.
The teachers cannot change your son if they do not know he has had an accident. Did he tell them? They are not mind readers remember, and they don’t go around poking inside children’s pants every five minutes “just to be sure”.
p.s. your spell checker must be broken, as I have no idea WTF “negleculance” is.
Please change your ” check spelling” if you want your letter to have any effect.
Otherwise it will be “negleculance” on YOUR part.
So you really expect teachers to sop teaching and be checking everyone every minute? If your son cannot say something himself, he is too young to be out of your care
I think a phone call to directly talk to someone is a better way . If the issue is still not resolved after you talk with them then you write a letter
Nope, it should be obvious by the accident that your son is NOT yet fully potty-trained.
Well, If you write a letter like that, you should also remove your son from the daycare.
I would. Neglect in schools is an ever growing problem…I’d even go there in person.
Drink it and tell me what you think afterwards.
